Born and raised in Cleveland Ohio. Youngest child and only daughter of Sophie and Harry Roller.
Older brothers were: Edward, Dave and Herb. (all are deceased)
Loving aunt of Karen Oettinger (Steven), Linda Okmin (Larry), Larry Roller, Marla Roller (deceased) and Aaron Brock Roller (Fabiana)
Great aunt of 6 and great-great aunt of 8.
Hilda graduated from Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio and earned a B.S. degree in journalism. She was a member of Theta Sigma Phi-- Professional Fraternity for
women in journalism and also Gamma Alpha Chi— Professional fraternity for advertising.
Hilda was an award winning writer/producer of radio and TV commercials. She was a radio-TV director for Marcus Advertising in Cleveland for over 20 years.
After moving to Los Angeles in about 1980, Hilda was a free lance writer and producer for over 18 years.
