Mr. David Monroe Berman died peacefully at his home on May 6th in San Diego, California at the age of 87.

David was born on November 29, 1930 in Brooklyn, New York to Michael and Edna Berman. He graduated from the Wharton School of Business with a B. S. in Economics. After graduating from college, he went into real estate with his brother-in-law in Tucson. He later earned a law degree from the University of Arizona and had a successful law practice in Phoenix. David and his wife moved to San Diego to be closer to their grandchildren.

David is survived by his wife Sue Berman, daughter Claudia Berman, son and daughter-in-law Andrew and Carolann Berman and grandchildren Rachel Berman, Hallie Berman, and Jack Berman. He is preceded in death by his sister Carolyn Berman.
